Vaping has become commonplace in school restrooms across the country. As SROs work to create safe environments for learning, they are dealing with combatting vaping in areas where cameras aren’t allowed. Reports show this is not isolated to schools, and we are seeing vaping activity of all sorts in government buildings, including courthouses.
Vape detectors can distinguish between nicotine, THC, and even fentanyl. Brands represented by NEWCOM are serving double duty by incorporating key word recognition and sound level monitoring, which will help to reduce bullying and violence.
