Critical Technology Upgrades are Being Deployed Across EMS Agencies
Emergency medical services professionals are the vital link between crisis and care. They respond swiftly, make split-second decisions, and deliver lifesaving aid under intense pressure. Their work is unpredictable, demanding, and often dangerous—yet they show up every day with compassion and resilience to deliver the best patient care possible.
As the challenges in the field intensify, so does the need for advanced, reliable technology to support their needs and the needs of patients. Today, real-time connectivity and rugged mobile devices is a requirement in their vehicles to get the job done. NEWCOM has over 25 years experience equipping EMS teams with the latest innovative tools that enhance response times, improve safety, and drive better patient outcomes.

EMS Week
May 18th – 24th 2025
This year is the 51st anniversary of EMS week and the national theme for this year is “We Care. For Everyone.” This reminds us to acknowledge EMS professionals and their tireless dedication to administer life-saving care for everyone in their communities.
EMS professionals dedication and life saving skills are put to the test every day. They are called upon to deliver a range of medical interventions and support in big cities, small towns, homes, businesses, schools, and on our nation’s roadways. Whether it’s responding to a motor vehicle crash, helping an elderly patient who’s forgotten to take their medication, stabilizing a construction worker experiencing chest pain on the job site, or treating an overdose on a city street, EMS professionals are there to serve our communities.
