NEWCOM is newly Awarded a Second Contract with Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA)
PEMBROKE, Massachusetts, September 22, 2022 –NEWCOM is an awarded vendor for a second statewide contract with Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA). This contract applies to product lines of computer equipment, supplies, and related items.
PCA is administered by an agency of the State of Texas. Interlocal or intergovernmental contracting is important to educational institutions and government agencies. By virtue of each state’s “joint powers” statutes, public entities are empowered to participate with a purchasing cooperative of their state or of another state. Important to educational institutions: PCA contracts are EDGAR compliant.
